I'm very pleased with the work done on my home by this company and will call them first if I ever need work done again. Building Maintenance Plus did an excellent job as far as getting to it pretty fast. Also the work was completed quicker than expected, and their quote was as promised. The other guys wanted $1000 more than Building Maintenance Plus. I trust the owners of Building Maintenance Plus also. Rocky is a hard working honest man. I have known of him for years now. He also does a lot of volunteer work by putting on benefits for people in need. He is trustworthy and a very nice person. I don't think anyone has ever regretted hiring Rocky!
